My phone was not functioning properly and I've been traveling. I called to make a claim but didn't have an address where I knew I would be at a time to receive a replacement phone. By time I had an address, Asurion required hardcopy documents, which I could not produce while traveling. My phone no longer works. I need a working phone. Can someone please contact me to speed up this claim? It's been * weeks since I made the claim. In the past, hard copy docs were not required. For those of us without printing capability, we are limited to online options, which Asurion does not provide.*I was finally able to print out the form required, which I submitted on *******. I would greatly appreciate the most expedient method of getting the phone replaced as I need it to ensure my mother's care is being handled properly. Please contact me at ***-***-****.
