I purchased protection plan for a canon printer ******. Printer broke. Filed claim with Asurion. Asurion said call canon. I called canon and they tried trouble shooting. Issue not fixed. Canon ticket number is: **********. It is unacceptable to keep directing me to canon. Canon warranty on printer ended in ******. Asurion needs to resolve issue with my printer and I am very frustrated with the amount of effort I have had to make to utilize the “protection plan” I purchased.
