No se ha procedido a la entrega de mi celular despu*s de haber efectuado el pago de la aseguranza $*** dolares por el reemplazo y de darme como fecha de entrega al d*a siguiente ya que al parecer el modelo del m*vil estaba disponible.

Llame al numero que me proporcionaron, resolvieron el problema notific*ndome que la se*orita que me atendi* la primera vez no termino mi proceso de reclamaci*n y tambi*n no procedi* ha realizar el cobro del pago aunque yo le proporcione el n*mero de mi tarjeta, los datos correspondientes. Esperando que no haya ni un contratiempo y se proceda a la entrega de mi dispositivo en la fecha acordada
