This is the message I sent to Astro Gaming and yet I received a response:**“Hello, first I’ll mention I’m from Israel, but you can’t pick Israel in the country list.**I contact you once again, and I’m sorry to bother you but this has been going forever and I need a response.**A few weeks ago I contacted you for a defected headset, and you kindly sent me a replacement headset after I provided proof of destruction.**I strongly mentioned that I use the headset to work and I need them ASAP because I lose money and you kindly sent them with UPS Expedited.**However, as soon as the headsets arrived I noticed they weren’t in the correct color. I quickly contacted you, you asked me for a picture of the replacement headset (which I have sent) after that you stopped replying for a few days already I’ve been bumping the email conversation with no reply. I keep losing money every single day - I tried contacting you via Facebook, Instagram and other platforms but with no success.**I can’t wait any longer, please, contact me as soon as possible as of what we can do regarding this. I am losing money and it’s making me very upset that this has to do with your own mistake.”
