I have just bought the Astro a** for my sons birthday. It is a version *. We a aMac computer, but there are no instruction on downloading the latest firmware. It does not tell you on the box which firmware is included. We have gone through the procedures each time when we take it of the docking station, the lights go out and there is no output. Unless we get some simple instructions on the procedures of setting up the headset on our PS*, we intend to take the product back. Our sin is very disappointed as his birthday has been ruined by our inability of a fault to set the headphones up or because there is a fault with the goods. Please help with som clear guidelines for novices.
