If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Okay. My phone died. I've been dealing with a gal through email and I'd rather try this way. She gave me several options as far as how to fix it I tried it's dead. I got frustrated and threw it out. So I need to spend $** to get another phone. I really don't want to get the same kind as I got before because I had problems making phone calls on that one kind of phone. She said there was a different one that was available. Not a flip phone but a different kind of iPhone. This is my primary phone that I use. Right now I'm using a borrowed phone from a friend then I cannot use it for ever. I tried logging in my account and it won't let me. I don't know why. Please please help. I am disabled because of multiple sclerosis and I need a phone
