Need new phone. Old one is in bad shape. I recently spent over an hour on the phone with an assurance wireless operator only to get no satisfaction to get a replacement phone. He could not get my debit card to go through or whatever. So, after an hour of back and forth and on hold for *to* times our call suddenly gets disconnected after an hour and a half on the phone. I was livid. I've had the phone for years and never asked for a replacement before. I can pay the postage any way you like. I would love a call from a live person to resolve this matter. Would take * minutes. My number is ***-***-****.
