Problem: I called Assurance Wireless at ***-***-**** and explained that my free phone no longer worked. Stated, the battery would no longer charge up or hold a charge. I could receive calls that would go straight to vm since I had minutes remaining. Asked rep if I was eligible to get another phone**Resolution: Rep stated yes. Said I would only be responsible for the shipping and handling plus tax, which totaled $*.**. I paid this amount with my debit card. My new phone will arrive in * to * business days. I asked rep if I would be receiving the same type of phone. She stated no, then said I would receive a Unimax phone their current model available.
