use my phone to get a replacement phone ... My phone doesn't work properly - you told me you would send me a new phone after you told me I had to send you a new application to reconnect my phone. You never sent me a new phone. You reconnected my old phone (which was *** years old and didn't work properly). After speaking to customer service today trying to get my new phone sent to me my old phone won't call out anymore. It's been nothing but a nightmare from when you turned off my phone trying to get my service reinstalled (that took * months to get my account straightened out). I am again without a working phone and would like a replacement as soon a possible.
