My phone stopped completing it's boot process remained with a blue screen and would not take any further input. Was forced to take battery out to try again. Finally I turned the phone on by pressing both volume controls while holding the power button. I used the boot options menu to reset it to factory reset and then reboot in the same manner. I used the SIM CARD UPDATE option and my phone came back to life except that it.came back as a Sprint phone and not as Assurance, indicating that no service was available. Now that I've gotten my phone to work again, how do I get my prior sevice transferred to reactivate my account and update the SIM card*My Assurance phone number is ***-***-****. I am a hospice patient, am legally blind, suffer from heart attack , have diabetes, liver failure, etc. And I use and rely on the phone to stay in touch with. My doctors, hospitals, pharmacy, etc. Being as essential to save my life. Please help as at this point I am desperate. Thank you.
