I broke my government phone which is already my first replacement phone meaning I have to pay for the next phone. I have no problem with that. I called to advise Assurance Wireless of the issue and was told to put enough money on my account to order a new phone of my choice since i was dissatisfied with the ANS UL phone offered. It took me a few weeks to save up enough money to add to my account to order my phone. Then i go on line to order it and to the check out and it doesn't give me an option to pay from my account, it only wants a debit or credit card which I don't have and*or paypal which i don't have bc I bought a top up card then loaded it to my account. I am furious now bc I can't access my $***.** to order me a phone which is my hard earned money thats just sitting there and yet I still don't have a freaking phone. Today I called Assurance wireless only to be told that since i paid with a top up card that i paid cash for that i cant have to money sent to my bank. I don't have a bank....I have a prepaid debit card bc i dont earn enough money to even bother with dealing with the bank. Then they said i can order from my account at Quality * wireless which is absurd at the prices of the phones. You all have fell and bumped your head if you think i am going to pay that price for a phone. EITHER YOU ALL LET ME ORDER THE PHONE I WANT LG TRIBUTE DYNASTY GOLD FOR $** AS advertised on your website and that's sitting in my cart or i will be having my lawyer contact you for false information. If I cant order the phone then someone needs to tell me so i can you you my information so the money can be transferred or loaded to my pre-paid debit card immediately so i can go with another company. That's the only two options that are available. This is the most ridiculous thing that i have heard. I have done what you all have told me and have been a great customer and for the most part was completely satisfied with Assurance wireless but now that is a totally different story. The remainder of my balance was going to left on my account for extra talk and data every month as i was getting extra every month. I want this issue resolved *ASAP and my phone shipped free of charge as promised. I would really appreciate someone getting back to me now. i would prefer someone to call me on my wifes phone since I DON'T HAVE ONE NOR THE MONEY TO SWITCH CARRIERS LIKE STRAIGHT TALK WHO WOULD HAVE ALREADY RESOLVED THIS ISSUE BETTER YET NEVER WOULD HAVE GAVE FALSE INFORMATION AND LEAVE THEIR CUSTOMER WITHOUT A $*** AND A PHONE. HOW CAN YOU EMAIL SOMEONE WHO DOESN"T HAVE A PHONE* UUUUGGGHHH ***-***-****. HIGHLY PISSED OFF, NATHAN ELROD
