Swap out old phone for one Assurance mailed to me! ... I received a new * G replacement phone from Assurance Wireless. I tried to swap new phone with old phone online with Assurance Wireless. I did everything as prompted and at the end when it should have said swap complete, it tells me the swap could not be completed? That I need to call assurance Wireless! The problem I have is, they want me to call from a different number, during normal Assurance schedule! I do not have access to a phone during those times! What do I need to do now? Also what is the problem that I can not just do my swap online? This would be so much more convenient for me. Please help, thank you in advance for understanding. Sincerely, Sabrina Cox

Personally, I thought given all the issues I have getting my phone to even receive calls. Plus looking at my history of the same issues over and over, they would have at least sent a descent upgrade.
Since the beginning of ****! Have been through numerous phones because they are bad phones, my reception is very unreliable for a city!! My replacement phone is worse than my last phone a no name brand and not even as durable. Yet it is suppose to be *G. I guess I expected a better phone than my *st the Jax and my last at least *-* phones ZTE which was only * or * G. I have been a good customer and very patient waiting to be upgraded and this phone has issues already with charging!
They keep sending me the same phone ZTE and it only lasts a few months! This time they upgraded me in my opinion to a worse phone that will not withstand normal wear and tear of a phone! I have asked and been very understanding as well as patient. Does Assurance Wireless not give reliable sturdy smartphone with their service? Please help, I am pleading, begging you? When I originally signed up and got the Jax customer service was ** they really tried to be the best and most helpful!! This is really my *st real complaint or issues. There has got to be a better solution?
