I recertified on Oct. **th, by phone, with your customer service rep, Jeffrey.*I explained to Jeffrey that the phone you had sent me stopped working properly. I have called for technical help several times and the techs were unable to fix it.*On Oct. **th, your service rep, Guan, told me that you would send me another phone that was *G *because there seems to be a problem with using *G here in this area. Not a lack of towers, quite the opposite. Too many towers. *G**GLte works fine but a *G phone doesn't have a chance here. You can't get a signal.*Since I haven't received the new phone, I called you and found out that I am "no longer eligible for Assurance wireless.". Oh, yes, I am. Please fix this. *It is best to communicate by email or text, right now, since I have hearing loss and am having a prob with my hearing aids. *Thanks, Christine Bell.
