I put an application in for new service and it was approved but I never got my phone so when I emailed assurance the agent reply that the reason I haven't got my phone yet is because i have to send assurance a $* fee and I have a credit card I want to use to pay the $* so I can get phone but I need someone to contact me and help walk me through the process of sending the $* fee. I would really appreciate your help
