My mother received a new phone. When trying to log in to her account to swap data, it was locked. When I tried to call the two customer service numbers, both say the Virgin Mobile number is incorrect or has changed. We called customer service on the *** number and then we’re disconnected. Then the phone could no longer make calls. It said a phone card was needed. The two customer service numbers still don’t work. I sent two emails. Waiting to hear back. Help!
