I haven't had my phone very long and I'am unable to charge it. It start's to charge then stop's and the phone starts getting hot it's not the charger or wall plug I have change both I explained to your costumer service department that I have absolutely no way to call from another phone they refuse to let me speak with technical support I need help with getting another phone please help me with this.
