you sent me this in email then a week later I get the phone *Dear MARIANNE,*We want to make sure you have received your new phone and know how to activate it.*Insert the battery and turn on your phone by holding down the red power button.*Follow the on-screen instructions.*When the phone says, "Your device has been activated," press "OK" with the key to the left.*The phone will then check for updates. When it says, "The PRL has been upgraded," press "OK" with the key to the left.*The phone then will check for further updates. It will say, "Checking for Firmware update." The screen will then display the following message if no update is available: "No firmware update available."*When the phone says, "Updating Complete," press "OK" with the key to the left. The phone will then restart.*To complete activation, you need to dial *** from your Assurance Wireless phone or *.***.***.**** from any other phone and follow the prompts. You will need your Account PIN on your approval letter.*If you need help activating your phone, call *.***.***.****. Thanks! Assurance Wireless* *Please Please I hate this phone so much *delete my account I've already had to block ** callers numbers I don't know * with in the first week from the phone you sent me with this number *********** plus the phone always gets so hot I do not want to have a phone I can not hold in my hand Please delete my account I already rest the phone to factory settings.
