I believe the rep that was filling the orders for the newer assurance wireless phones, had taking this one (that he assigned to me) an replaced it with a newer one. It's my pin, my phone number but they're saying the account is in Another lady's name?? I'm in Tennessee and had a text from a fellow saying he was my favorite brother in law. Well I've not got a brother in law, we chatted awhile an... ... I received my assurance wireless phone from assurance dealer, It wasn't new, it already had a account on it. I have the pin * and box it came in. I changed* an factory reset it But still has another name on account. I've talked to customer * times. Please help with my problem. I've missed * Dr appointments because some messages don't come through. Thank you
