STILL waiting to receive my Assurance life-line smart cell phone!!!! I have been a customer in VA since ****. ( I also had life-line in TN and CA) ASSURANCE kept sending ME , OUTDATED Applications!! Each time I would call to check on when I was getting my cell, I was told , I would receive my cell in ** days. After waiting even longer than ** days, I would receive ANOTHER OUTDATED APPLICATION from Assurance for Lifeline. Assurance told me to fill the application out and fax or mail it back, then I would , for sure, be getting my new smart cell phone, in * to * Business day. Again, No Cell phone (after more than ** days of waiting) Instead I would receive ANOTHER OUTDATED APPLICATION from Assurance for Life - line. And round and round This mistake by Assurance Would repeat. And repeat, And Repeat...... I need a phone!! I'm ** and need to call my Doctor. Lowe's, My job, can't call me to come in for extra hours. My * brothers ( my only family) live in California. I can't call them. I miss them. Please expedite me an UPGRADED Smart cell. At no cost to me, for all my inconvenience, headache, hassle and anxiety. Assurance made the mistake, MORE then * time. I tried to resolve this issue several times, only to receive incorrect information EVERY time I called from my work's phone. I'm really not suppose to make phone calls while working.
