I was trying to recertify my services ... my phone number through assurance is *** ***-****, but when I call to recertify services, the recording is saying this is not an active phone line. I am simply trying to recertify my services. *my problem has not been fixed & I can't reach a live person
This is frustrating because I can't reach a live person, plus this is an assurance phone number but the voice recording does not recognize it as one
