I have tried to get out of a contract because it didn't work out - I don't want it. I was told to make back payment of $***.** and have a receipt. I also sent phone back (all done at the Palmdale Ca) office. I was told I had to resign to initiate the cancel. I was sent an email for payoff amount but can't afford to do it all at once for $*** or $***. I was told at Palmdale office to call a number to set up payments but they said I was cancelled so couldn't arrange payoff. If I had known this was a government organization, I never would have signed up. What can I do to get rid of this? This is Margaret Topartzer paying for Matthew Topartzer
