I was trying to use the numbers and letters required to make a call, but my fingers fumble on them. I need a larger area to type this information. ... I have an Assurance Wireless ANS phone. The trouble is it is too small for my fingers to tap on the necessary numbers and letters. Is it possible for me to receive in exchange a larger Assurance Wireless phone? I understand there is one which is * inches, whereas mine is * inches.
This is especially frustrating since I have been trying hard since receiving this nice phone, but I need more space to make the information viable.
Can you send me a somewhat larger cell phone? I understand that my present phone is about * inches diagonally and also that you have another Assurance phone that is about * inches diagonally. The larger phone will help me to communicate. Possibly because I am now ** years old, I am not as agile as previously.
I received the ANS phone about two or three months ago and the problem remains.
The only thing I can do, which I have been trying to do all along, is tap on the letters and numbers with care. But that just does not solve the problem, which repeats like a smudge!
I have an issue with Assurance Wireless too
