I had my new phone for about *wks and it quit. I called Assurance Wireless for and they said I needed a new phone. I got the phone and I called to get it activated and it was and while we were talking about switching the sim card we got disconnected. I have tried to switch sim cards and I get no sim card and no service. I have tried to call back several times and I keep getting disconnected. Please help me !!!

I got someone on the phone that I could talk to without being cut off and he said, he would have to send me a new phone. I don't like to have to start over from the begining but, I need my cell phone !!!
