I received notification in the mail to call and renew my Assurance Wireless* Lifeline and a recording told me I was already renewed. Now Assurance Wireless' recording is telling me it expired on June **th and am no longer eligible for phone service. I was informed (again by recording) that they will send me the paper application to see if I qualify. I am disabled and seriously need the phone for emergency as I do not have a landline. I have an old phone, it's the LG I've had for * years. It only works when it's plugged into an outlet so I was originally calling to have them send me a new phone. I have called Assurance Wireless on all of their phone numbers, including the one your site recommends and can not get past the recordings and talk to a live person. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
