For some reason my voicemail account doesn't recognize my pin * anymore. I have tried several times (because I have always used the same pin). It used to work, but for some reason it decided not to anymore. I have tried to get this resolved by phone but I can't understand what they want me to do. Also they want my pin * before they'll talk to me. Well it's been over * years since I got a phone and being old I just can't remember. The same answer I use everywhere else doesn't seem to be it. I am totally clueless as to what to do. Please help, any other way I can Identify myself please let me know. Also can you let me know If there is a way to get a different phone? Thank you.
