Cordialement.

Could someone please confirm if the recently released Asrock Deskmini GTX (z390) is experiencing issues? Online reviews have been positive, but personally, I have encountered severe problems with the units I purchased. As an advocate for Asrock, I had high expectations, especially due to their track record in pushing the boundaries of technology in the IT industry. After receiving three units from Taiwan, the first one worked initially but failed after the weekend, and the subsequent units did not fare well either. Despite sending faulty units back to the supplier and receiving them back repaired, the issues persisted. I even sought help from a local repairer, who identified that the PCH chip had been damaged due to excessive power draw or short circuits. Attempts to contact Asrock Technical Support Department were unhelpful and I was redirected to the supplier with vague responses. I had purchased these Deskmini GTX z390 units with high hopes, but the ongoing technical issues and lack of support have left me disappointed and cautious in recommending them.

Good morning, I recently purchased a computer with the ASRock B365M motherboard but had trouble getting a WiFi PCI Express card to be recognized on it. I installed the WiFi card in the free mini PCI-X port, but it wasn't detected during startup or in the Windows 10 device manager. I tested the card on another computer with a Gigabyte motherboard, and it worked fine, so I suspect there might be a specific BIOS setting on the B365M motherboard that needs adjustment for the WiFi card to work. Appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you, George J. G.

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with my Asrock FM2A68M-DG3+ motherboard. It's not accepting a BIOS update. I've tried to install the ROM file in UEFI and the EXE from Asrock, but neither work. When I try to start from Windows, it says my system is not currently supported. I have Windows 10 Pro installed. In the BIOS, the USB stick (formatted in FAT32) is detected, but the ROM file is not recognized. Asrock recommends using Instant Flash or Internet Flash, but both methods are not successful. When attempting Internet Flash, it checks for an update, finds one, but encounters a network error when trying to download. Regards, Daniel

Dear Community Members, On December 27, [redacted], an individual claiming to work for the British Government approached you to supply three B350 Pro 2.0 Motherboards with a northbridge B[redacted] IC to a German address. This IC was made out-of-specification for on-dye [redacted].[redacted] wireless ability enabling remote DMA access. This incident was witnessed by myself, the H.M. UK Constabulary (Bournemouth), the UK Government, and you. Your cooperation and honesty are appreciated. Please contact UK Authorities at [redacted] [redacted] to report Paul Beeching for illegal operations. By doing so, you will avoid liability and accountability. This action will support a UK Direct Bloodline Royal Family Member to conduct their business lawfully. If adjustments were made to disable the on-dye settings, please grant permission accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, [Initials]

I'm having trouble finalizing my rebate forms. I filled out the MIR request form but encountered an issue in the contact information section. When trying to correct the details, I was unable to make any updates. Consequently, I am unable to proceed to the second part of the form where a signature is needed. Could you please advise me on how to access the section that requires my signature? Thank you, J.T. Product serial number: D6M0XB046716

I purchased your Z490 Pro board from an Amazon seller in October. Upon receiving it, I encountered issues with the dual channel memory for the RAM, as only two out of the four slots were functional. Despite troubleshooting efforts costing approximately $[redacted] with two repair technicians over a few months, the seller is unwilling to offer a refund due to being outside of Amazon's return policy. I seek some form of reimbursement for the $[redacted] purchase price, as the board is defective. I am willing to provide proof of purchase if needed. Thank you and I hope you have a pleasant day.

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and am having trouble reinstalling the drivers for Thunderbolt 3. When attempting to install the Thunderbolt 3 Control Centre, I receive the error message 0x[redacted]3. Despite trying to resolve the issue, Windows indicates everything is working correctly. Thunderbolt 3 functioned well with Windows 10. Here are my motherboard details - ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming X: - Serial Number: M80-C [redacted] - Bus Clock: [redacted] MHz - UEFI: American Megatrends P1.10 07/23/20 - Processor: Intel Core i9 3.6 GHz - Total Memory: 64 GB I have followed these steps: 1. Press F9 to load BIOS default. 2. Enable Discrete Thunderbolt (TM) Support. 3. Manually disable Windows 10 Thunderbolt support. 4. Press F10 to save and exit. Will these steps work for Windows 11? I recently purchased a Phantom Gaming 9 Z390 motherboard, but it cannot recognize the M.2 SSD drives. I thoroughly checked the owner's manual, but there is no reference to M.2 drives. I have installed four 8 GB Western Digital Black [redacted] drives, totaling 32 GB, but the motherboard does not detect them. Despite my experience building 50 computers, I am baffled by the issues I'm facing with this build. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
