Good afternoon. This I am having a difficult time having my order evaluated properly through the current customer service chat*email channels at ASOS. **I ordered a pair of Adidas Sneakers earlier this year. However, upon ordering the sneakers, I never received a confirmation email with an order number, but I did receive the sneakers in the mail to my shipping address and my credit card was billed on January **th, **** by ASOS. **Unfortunately, the shoes were too large and I reached out to customer service to attempt to return*exchange for the correct size. **I have exhausted the customer service chats and email options. I have encountered a repetitive loop where my case is "escalated to the correct department" and I receive an email each day by a new customer service representative requesting the same information as the day prior. It is extremely frustrating and I am hoping that you can assist. I have provided all the pertinent information below, just short of the order number, which I did not receive.
