Hi ASOS,*I am Olivia Eaker, a first time customer. I had heard great things about your company so decided to order the “maxi dress with pleat front in high shine satin with fishtail hem” dress that I need for an event by *******. I was shocked as to how unhappy I was with your services. I ordered the dress on February **th, ****. When I proceeded to check out I was notified that the dress wouldn’t arrive til the *th of March, * days after the event. So, in hopes that it would get here earlier I paid for * day shipping which was $*.**. Then once my payment went through I got an email informing me that my dress would still not be here til the **th of February, even though I paid for * day shipping. It is now February **th and I have just been informed that me dress was only shipped from Fedex on the **th and will now not be here til March *st, THE DAY BEFORE the event I need it for. This is ridiculous, not only is that a large amount of time to wait for regular shipping, but I even took extra precautions to pay a large fee for * day shipping, that I didn’t get. I would like some sort of refund for the * day shipping because it has been * days and I still haven’t received my product and still won’t for another * days. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be ordering from your site again. **Sincerely,*Olivia Eaker
