I placed an order with the number ********* that should've come last Monday, November **th. So far, I have contacted ASOS via email * times and once by tweeting them. Every time, I have gotten the exact same response: the order will come the next day and the shipping information should update momentarily, and if it doesn't I should contact them again the next day. But, the shipping information hasn't updated on any of the three sites I can track my package through. So, I have no idea where my expensive order and I have reached the end of my patience with ASOS. I expect there to be something I get as an apology for this because it is unacceptable. I only want to know where my package is and when it will be arriving, which should not be difficult to figure out at all. However, NO ONE has been able to give me an answer, and that is absolutely ridiculous.
GetHuman-segenet did not yet indicate what Asos should do to make this right.
