Hello,*I am very disappointed that I have made * orders , and out of the *, I only received *, and it has been more than one month .*I have ordered these clothes for a wedding and for thanksgiving , and since I haven’t received anything , I went and purchased new item , so ASOS has wasted my money and my time . *ASOS is responsibly to to deliver my items and make sure I received it , while I have paid the amounts and been always a loyal customer . *I want to refund my money for the three orders and I haven’t received and don’t think will , from what I understood from the post office after more than ** trips to check My order.*I have checked by the law the liabilities ,and ASOS is liable to return my money since I hve not received anything and ended doing out of my way to go buy new clothes and losing money while I have already spent enough. *I have spoke to someone before and all they had to say is wait although it was late .*The orders below are the ones I didn’t receive ********************************Looking forward to hear back from you .**Regards
