I contacted for a 20-minute reading and received a bonus 5 minutes with psychic Kim. Our call was cut short at 2 mins. Customer service assisted by adding the 5 mins back. After a call with Virgo, I didn't hear the signal and the call ended without a warning. I then spoke to another psychic for the remaining time. On checking my debit card, I found charges of $6.99, $20, and $52. I called Customer service, but the representative was abrupt, claiming I continued a call at $13.99/min after ignoring the signal. This is not something I would do as I can't afford that. The representative said they would look into it but have not followed up. I'm seeking a refund of $58.99.
