After my physical therapist recommended the Asics Exalts to me three years ago, I have gone through about 2-3 pairs per year just from walking due to my severe Osteoarthritis, stress fracture, edema, and other bone issues. I had no issues with the 1, 2, and 3 models. However, I recently ordered two pairs of the Asics Exalt 4 (only available in size 9 women's) and had to return one pair. The first pair I am still wearing has a new design with a rubber saddle causing pain. It cuts into my small toes, stress fracture area, making my feet numb, swollen, and painful after an hour. I am looking for another model similar to the Asics Exalt 3. My PT suggested trying New Balance, which is wider, but it cuts in the same area.

Hello ASICS Customer Service, I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with a recent purchase. I am based in Amritsar, Punjab, and bought an ASICS GT [redacted] 5 shoe for my daughter during a sale in December or January. My daughter has severe flat feet, and upon the staff's recommendation, I purchased the ASICS GT [redacted] 5 S. However, upon trying the shoes recently, I discovered the size is much too large despite trying various insoles. When I approached the ASICS store for an exchange, I was informed they did not have the correct size in stock. I originally paid [redacted] to [redacted], with a 40% discount, for the shoes, and while it was a significant purchase, I believed it would provide comfort for my daughter. Now, facing a size discrepancy of US 9 instead of the needed US 7, I am unsure how to resolve this issue. I am reaching out to ASICS directly in the hopes that the company can assist me in exchanging the shoes. The shoes are brand new with the box and original packaging. I am open to any color or variety of the GT [redacted] 5 and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Asics Gel Cumulus 18 in August of [redacted] but only started wearing them on June 1, [redacted]. I have used them for 9 weeks, walking an average of 21 miles per week with my dog. Unfortunately, the front sole of the shoe is wearing down where it meets the edge, causing the sole to detach from the shoe. I usually get 12-15 months out of a pair of Asics and this issue is disappointing as I have had good experiences with this brand before. I am hoping to have this resolved by receiving a new pair of Asics Gel Cumulus in size 8D for women.

I am reaching out to the customer care department at ASICS regarding a recent purchase I made at Reliance Retail Ltd. Malhar Mega Mall in Indore. I purchased a pair of shoes with an MRP of ₹10,[redacted] which have experienced significant cushioning tear within just 3-4 months of use (as shown in the attached photo). My family and I are loyal customers of ASICS products, and this is the first time we have encountered such a quality issue. I purchased shoes from Amazon with a warranty period of three months. Unfortunately, the shoes got damaged before this time frame. The ASICS agent mentioned that it's not a manufacturing defect but damage to the shoe sole, sides, and tip. Even after several attempts, the customer service staff deemed it not a manufacturing defect. I am confused as to what qualifies as a manufacturing defect. During my recent visit to your Lake George outlet store, I encountered an unpleasant experience. The sales associate with blonde hair at the cash wrap did not greet me upon entry or offer any assistance while I browsed. When I inquired about trying on a pair of shoes, her attitude towards me was dismissive, as she seemed inconvenienced by my request. Despite my efforts to identify her by looking for a name tag, she was not wearing one. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be one, although I am uncertain if she held that position. Unfortunately, due to this negative interaction, I have decided not to return to shop at your store in the future.

I placed an order for a birthday gift (Order # ASCUS[redacted]9) on May 20 with 2-day shipping, but it arrived late on May 29, causing an embarrassing situation as the gift was intended for my mother's birthday. I contacted customer service on May 28 and was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes before the call abruptly ended. Despite emailing [redacted] on the same day outlining my situation and expressing my dissatisfaction, I have not received a response from any representative after 10 days. Subsequent attempts to contact customer service included waiting on hold for 40 minutes, eventually giving up. A follow-up email on June 5 has also gone unanswered. My shopping experience with ASICS has been extremely disappointing, and I am eager to address this issue with a representative to resolve the matter.

I recently purchased a pair of ASICS Glideride running shoes on Sportswear.com for the Great North Run. Despite being a loyal ASICS customer with no previous issues, these shoes have caused me a lot of discomfort. After a few practice runs and covering over 10 miles to break them in, I have developed blisters on my toes and the balls of my feet. I ordered my usual size 5, as no sizing adjustments were recommended. The pain was so intense during one run that I had to stop, and now I can't continue training until my feet heal. I am disappointed with this product and would like a refund or an exchange for a different pair. Sportswear.com directed me to contact you first regarding this issue.

Hello, yesterday morning, I joined One ASICS Club to get a 10% discount as a new customer. I emailed ASICS later as the discount didn't apply when I tried to pay for my order. In a hurry for 2 pairs of trainers due to Sever's Disease, I eventually ordered at full price. ASICS hasn't responded to me yet. Today, I got another email offering a birthday promotion of 15% off my next order expiring in 30 days. I'm asking ASICS to honor one of the promotions by refunding the difference.
