What is happening with the Asiana Airlines website*on-line ticket sales??? Purchased two tickets (credit card was charged) then I get an email stating that Asiana had incorrectly issued my tickets...contact your Asiana branch office. Contacted the branch office here in the Philippines. "On-line tickets sales...we cannot assist you." Truly need an avenue from Asiana Airlines to assist us in this matter. The phone lines in the U.S.A. all state "Overwhelming amount of calls...call later." Not a very good way to run a global industry in my modest opinion. Hopefully, this post will get some attention from Asiana Airline personnel. Fingers crossed.
