I have traveled overseas a few times in the past and this has by far been our worst experience ever. The customer service provided on a flight with a * year old in-lap was pitiful. The temperature on the way there “could not” be turned down lower than ** degrees Fahrenheit, which resulted in me stripping down my toddler and she was sweating the entire ** hour flight there. I did not think it could get worse, however on the way back to the US, our flight was a thousand times worse with customer service. Again, another ** hour flight, however our seats were changed without notice and split up me and my mother - who usually helps me with the baby on long flights. We were reassured that once the plane took off that it would be sorted out- this had never happened. When the food was served, I asked for an extra one for my * year old toddler and was told “there are only enough for the people who have a seat” then I proceeded to ask if I could BUY one and was told I could not buy one, and to wait until the end of the serving for extras. I fed my daughter with my serving, but there ended up being one extra! however when I finally got the food I believe it had gone bad or something was wrong with it... I got food poisoning from it. I was puking for the next * hours of the plane ride and was sick for the next day and a half. I usually do not complain and understand when there are minor issues on flights, but all of this together has left me very disappointed. I am not sure if I would ever fly Asiana Airlines again or recommend to anyone I know. **I did not have any issues with our two hour flights to and from OKA.**Thank you for your time.
