Dear sir * madam, **I have booked my flight through a third party offering me the opportunity to book a seat. **I have booked and paid just to receive an email few days after that the third party cannot guarantee those seats. **I’m very disappointed and would like to book those seats as they were promised. **Airline Reference: TLYHYF**The booking ticket number is: ****************The seat is **A for both flights.**Please let me know what can be done.**Kind regards*Patricia Tseng
