I called the Asiana Airlines phone number given to get answer to a simple question & the auto system disconnected the call instead of connecting me to a Representative. This error needs to be corrected ASAP so I & others can call to get ticketing inquiries answered. What can be done for me personnaly is to have a Asiana Airlines Representative reach out to me to answer my inquiry. My contact information is e-mail: *****@***.com or by phone: (***) ***-****.
