He seems very confused and took so long of every single step of checking my name and passport information. He went back and force to ask his Supervisor twice about something questions. I was concerned and ask him if anything wrong? He Said nothing, and while weight my luggage’s, Drew Nguyen was gets so much distracted and confused by told his passengers Drew Nguyen removed and unpack my * luggage’s double time of reserved the job. Drew Nguyen was hold his passenger too long then expect at the counter until someone has told him is boarding time now. Then he goes : Mam you have to be at the gate by **.**am but I was still there at the counter in the same time was shown on my ticket. **.**? I was ran over the to TSA lineup off course. **.** must be by the gate but I was still at the counter await too long and get released by **.**am then ran over TSA line up...would you think am I gonna make it from TSA lineup finish and walk thru to the gate * * in **mins that quick as a fly? What would you think about my issue if you were in my situation was paid full price of my flight and with this situation with Drew Nguyen, if you were me. Would you happy to continue flights with Asiana flight again and continuing international business flight within *times a year to Vietnam with same airlines? How would that feel when you gotta pay for another full price for your next flight is that fair for you? If your situation were in my shoe this morning. And this is first time flight experience with Asiana. I would like to address this issue to whom that concerns to take care this matter it will relate and affect passengers and your company time and business. And I like to hear from your service how to result this issue when your wanna have a second chance Business with Asiana airline?
