Hi my name is Katrina Lee ,Last January *,**** , my family were heading home riding Asiana airlines (Osaka to Manila) so we had a connecting flight (Osaka to Incheon) when we reached Incheon we saw our names so we asked the person why, A guy and a girl greeted us ,then the guy told us that WE HAD A BOOKING PROBLEM, so we were wondering what what is,and the guy was very very rude to us he told us that you have a booking problem just follow her (pointing to the lady she was with), so we asked again nicely and he told us" I SAID YOU HAVE A BOOKING PROBLEM,JUST FOLLOW HER" so we were escorted not knowing what's wrong with our booking, so when we were brought to the transfer desk anad we were able to talk to Ms. Olga Ten she was nice enough to explain to us that we did not have a booking problem they were just asking us if we want to be transferred to economy class since our booking was a business class...so now i want to know who is the man who treated us so rudely,we have been flying with asiana for so many years and that's the way we were treated???? and besides let him know that we did not have a booking problem!!! we were escorted as if we had done something wrong,or we were like criminals,we were travelling with our kids and i am pregnant and then somebody(that guy) will talk to us that way,and treat us that way???and the tone of his voice,if he doesnt know how to speak in english maybe he should not be assigned in meeting or greeting passengers. i demand for an explanation and i want a proper action for these incident. thank you
