I am on flight *** and I have asked to pay to upgrade to business and they said I couldn’t. I then spoke to gate agent that said the seat was closed and not available. I count ** seats in business class available and as a Star alliance gold member I am ashamed at you. You should be upgrading me just because I am gold as many airlines do. I am appalled at you employee that kept saying it was unavailable even though ** seats are available. You should think about how you treat your gold members as we are the ones that make tour company profitable.
