I booked a roundtrip flight to manila for my whole manila. But due to unforeseen circumstances on the airline’s part (connecting flight cancelled*time changes, still unsure), we had to cancel. We still havenmt gotten anupdate on how the refund is going or if the cancellation has been processed. I just want to make sure we are going to get the full refund on time and we would like to hear an update from the airline to keep us from worrying.
