On July *, **** I went into the store located on ***th Street. I purchased (*) Shirts and a handbag. **The receipt indicated that I had (**) days to return the items. I went to*the Store today, August *, **** to exchange one of the Shirts that was*too small. The store manager stated*that I could not return the shirt because it was a mark down. The*Reciept made no mention that I could*Not return an item that was marked down. Neither did the Sales person tell me of such a policy. I feel that this was unfair policy that was not on *the sales receipt and not verbally stated.
