Furniture was delivered *******, which I then took to my daughter in Boone, NC on *******. After a very long day, we set the bed up last and found out that it was a queen instead of a full size bed. I called the store in Greensboro, my rep was not in but I talked to Yolanda, who told me I would need to return the footboard and rails, and new ones would be ordered taking over * weeks. I told her this was not an option, as it would leave our daughter with nothing to sleep on. She then said she would call me back on Sunday after discussing with the rep, manager and warehouse. By Sunday afternoon, I called the store, only to find out it was Yolanda's day off! I called again on Monday and she wasn't there, I also asked to speak to the store manager, Chris Awori (?), who wasn't there and hasn't been in any day this week. I voiced my frustration with Jade, the poor girl who seems to be the only one who works at this store. She apparently contacted my rep Ryan, once again and he finally called me. He assured me that he would get me an answer by the end of the day and said he hadn't called me because he had no news (GREAT customer service, keep the customer in the dark). Monday evening he called to let me know he still hadn't heard anything and would work on it first thing when he came in Tuesday. contact from anyone. I called and asked to speak to Ryan but he wasn't in that day, also asked to speak to Chris, the store manager and he wasn't in either. Not sure if you are keeping score BUT I have been lied to so many times, that I have lost track! I'm done dealing with this group of people in the Greensboro store, they obviously can't and don't want to help! I need someone to ship full size rails to my daughter in Boone, NC. I had to rent a moving truck to transport the furniture to Boone because Ashley doesn't deliver there. I wasn't happy about that but was willing to do it once but I'm not willing to do it again, especially given the pathetic customer service I have had to chase down. You have a great product but horrible customer service, at least in the Greensboro store. Please have someone from a management position who can get results call me ASAP!
