Melvis R Cruz Valle*Customer ID: **************Sales Order: *************They send me a letter today saying that I have to pay the amount of $ *,***.** for a purchase at Ashle furniture.**When I went to the store I came to buy a bed and I trusted one of her sales advisers and I told her that I wanted a bed like the one they had in the sales room. She made the purchase order and signed it, but when they sent me the bed, the delivery arrived and the people left the base and the mattress and told me to sign it and I signed it for receipt, my surprise was when after I signed him and told me that the bed could not be used, because the BOX SPRING did not come, so I told him that I would not receive it but the person told me that he had already signed it. (I was tricked into signing).**Later I went to the store to claim that the bed had been sent to me incomplete. I spoke to the store manager and he said that they would send me the Box Spring but wait and wait and they never sent it, I went to the store many times to speak to the manager until I told him that I no longer wanted the bed and the store manager told me that the entire purchase was canceled and that they would send for the product. (I never signed any document and neither did the sales consultant ever tell me anything about not being able to return the product)**When the people arrived to bring the bed, the people told me that they would only take the base and I told them that they had to take it all with them and that's why they left me the mattress. After I went back to speak to the manager of the store and he said he would send him to bring it and they never came after I spoke to him on the phone and he told me that the mattress had to be paid for.**I went to the store to buy a bed not a mattress and that's why I went to a store that I thought had a lot of prestige but I see that not because they are forcing me to buy a mattress that I don't need and they lied to me over and over again when I was going to the store. I really find it hard to believe that in a country where there is so much talk of values **and principles, such a large company treats its customers that way. Ashley can break the purchase order by lying to me and sending me an incomplete product, but nothing happens because I am poor and that is why they force me. Today I have to buy a mattress because a company does not respect the sale and purchase values **and also the problem was the mattress not the base and that if they received it and the mattress does not want to receive it. I really don't understand why if they received one part and the other not if I bought a bed and was returning a bed and they took only what they wanted and they force me to buy the mattresses, I wonder if any of you would like a store did this to you.**They also want me to pay $ ***.** Delivery and make the bed and I wonder which bed is the one they made if they only left me the mattress.**I would like to think that in Ashley and Synchrony Bank there is someone who can really help me with this and that justice be done in favor of those who are not to blame if the store did not comply with the provisions of the purchase order.**Thank you and I look forward to a favorable response.
