Hello, *My name is Dennis Sherrell and my wife’s name is Kristi Sherrell. We purchased furniture fro the Bakersfield store on **-**-**** and purchased the ECO Premium Furniture Protection Plan. We filed a claim on one of the couches on March * of ****. A technician came out and inspected it and said it could not be repaired and we needed to request replacement. The frame has come apart on the couch. *On March **, **** we received a denial of claim due to damage during delivery. We purchased the couch in November of **** and if it had be damaged then we would have definitely notice it before March of ****. I have no idea how they determined that other then a false statement by the technician. I have made numerous calls to the insurance company but still no resolution. Can I please get a call ASAP from Ashley’s so I can explain in more detail. *Thank You*Dennis Sherrell****-***-******Sent from my iPhone
