Good morning customer service team. After last night’s experience, I felt the NEED to reach out to you and hope to speak with someone as soon as possible. *For starters, the delivery drivers arrived last night well beyond the allotted time frame or service window for the delivery of almost $**,*** in furniture. *Several pieces of the furniture were damaged and needed to be sent back which I believe has been taken care of.*However, unfortunately the customer service rep that I was connected to at dispatch displayed little to no costumer service skills at all. *She was demanding and not the least bit helpful or sympathetic when it came to the return of my mattress. *Also, the drivers left a lot of debris and trash outside of my residence after they left. *Finally, the mattress pad we purchased was also not delivered, nor did the drivers bring that to my attention. *You are now scheduled to make three more deliveries to my residence, one for a piece of furniture that was on back order, and two other trips for the furniture that was damaged in this order, one piece that is also on backorder now. *This was a very concerning experience, and I would like to discuss making this highly disappointing experience right. *I look forward to our conversation.
