To whom it may concern:*Customer ID * ************We ordered furnisher for our Dining Room and Master Bedroom for several Thousand of Dollars and got very exited when we received the news, that the delivery was scheduled for Friday, July **th.**What a disappointment when we got the furniture:**Dining Room:*Instead of * chairs, we received only * chairs.*The Dining room table was damaged**Master Bedroom:*After starting the assembling of the bed frame, the delivery guy told, that one or more screws were missing.*He called his supervisor and took a lot of pictures. And after about * hours he left with the promise to come back the same day to finish the assembling or latest the next day, which was a Saturday. *Of course, he never showed up.*We called Monday the Customer Care Center just to find out, they were not aware of any problems, but promised to order replacements immediately.*I mean we are talking about screws!!!*A company with the magnitude of Ashley Home Furnishing it is disappointing and embarrassing, that they do not have a warehouse with a toolbox to care some replacement screws.*Our bed set was not a custom-made frame, it is a bed set, that probably will we sold several times a week.*A call back to customer care was disappointing too, because we had the impression, that the customer care does not care. It is just business and we are only a number. Rude the lady told, we need to wait for the package to arrive, which can take about * to * business days.**I have enough.*If the bedroom is not set up to my satisfaction by Friday this coming week (********), I certainly will cancel my order with Ashley and demand all my money back.*This not only embarrassing for me and my family, it is very embarrassing for Ashley.*I will further start complaining about Ashley at all social medias to inform about your service after purchase, or better, no service after purchasing.
