Hello, I purchased two sofas and one of them on the arm rest it started forming a huge line that’s curved like it’s filled with stuffing or something and then another one right across from it. I purchased these in November so it hasn’t even been a month. It’s nkw happening on the other sofa too. I had someone come and inspect them and they said yes there is something wrong and someone will call me back. No one called me back so I called and now they are trying to tell me it is up to standard. Up to whos standard I know it’s not up to mine I payed $*,*** for sofas that aren’t older than a momhj and look like they have been used for the past three years. There is something wrong with the sofas I don’t want a replacement cuz the same thing will happen I need a return. I will gladly send you pictures and you can tell me if it is up to your standard.
