Good morning,*On October *, **** I purchased one of your ** piece furniture deals, which included, couch, love seat, coffee table, two end tables, two lamps, one rug, and * misc pieces, a throw, I used my Ashley Store credit card and two additional cards to pay for my purchase. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order, I went to your store on November *, **** to cancel my order. *At the time of purchase I was told that the coffee table and end tables were discontinued, but I could purchase the ones in the store, but I had to take them home on my own, which I did. *So when I went to cancel my order, I found out I could not return the coffee table and end tables.*I was okay with that, so everything else was canceled on my Ashley credit card. *My problem is that the tables were purchased using my Master Card and Visa, so I was told they are not able to refund my money on those cards.*So I asked if it was possible for them to cancel out my personal credit cards, and use the Ashley cards for the tables and I would just make the payments on the Ashley card.*I need the money put back on my credit cards, due to financial reasons.*I was told no they weren't able to do that at the store. I was told to call corporate to see if I could get help.*I hope this makes sense as to what I would like to do, to have this problem solved. *Thanking you in advance*Michelle Jordan*(***) ***-****
