I had furniture delivered in June and it was damaged and I have been waiting since June for my replacement and nothing has happened except me waiting on hold for long times and no help at all. I paid a lot of money for my furniture and would hope to be treated better than this. If it cannot be fixed then please return my money and take the damaged and dirty (your delivery guy had black dirt on his hands and my sectional is a very light color) furniture back. This is very poor customer service.
