I have concerns about my home delivery service. Due to being high risk for Covid19, I rely on home delivery for groceries to avoid contact with others. Unfortunately, since my local Wrexham store took over, my groceries have been arriving unbagged, leading to the driver or myself having to bag them on the doorstep, which prolongs the delivery process. This has happened multiple times, causing inconvenience and added risk due to unnecessary interactions. As someone who is shielding, I prefer minimal contact. Moreover, I recently received a bottle of spirits with a safety tag still attached, making it impossible to open. I am unable to return it due to my circumstances. Despite my attempts to contact the store, I have been unsuccessful. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a smoother and safer delivery process.

I am Amin Ahmed from Dunstable. In September [redacted], I visited Asda in Dunstable to buy groceries. While there, I ran into a college friend and briefly chatted. The security guard asked to see proof of my shopping, which I provided. Unfortunately, my friend, who was underage, had alcohol with him. I was mistakenly linked to this incident, and the security guard asked for my ID, leading to a misunderstanding. Despite apologizing and leaving the store, I've been barred from entering Asda since. I tried to resolve this matter with the security guard but was denied and not allowed to speak to the manager. I have a clean record, attending college and holding a job. I kindly request to have this ban lifted as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.

Hello, I urgently need to update my email address without losing my account. I have a priority pass as a vulnerable customer. I have called multiple times and have been transferred around with no resolution. I keep getting disconnected after waiting over 45 minutes on the phone. Can someone please reach out to me? I placed a food order for delivery on Saturday, October 31st, expecting it to arrive during a specific time slot. However, I missed a call from the driver saying there was no door number listed, and without further communication, they returned my order to the store, insisting I reschedule. Despite being in isolation due to testing positive for COVID-19, I contacted customer service for clarification. Initially told the order was on its way, I later discovered it was not scheduled for delivery for three more days. Frustrated by the inconsistency, I demanded a refund due to the urgent need for food while isolated. Despite the assurance of a refund, it has not been processed even after multiple calls. At the Drakehouse Sheffield Asda branch, we regularly purchase two units of the Asda 6 pint whole milk with Product code: [redacted]. However, in the past two weeks, this item has been out of stock despite the abundance of the 4 pint option. This situation raises concerns about potential tactics to encourage customers to buy higher-priced alternatives. It appears there is no shortage of milk based on the ample availability of the 4 pint selection.

I have been trying to contact customer service for six days now at different times. I have been on hold for as long as 50 minutes only to get disconnected. I am having trouble booking a Christmas slot because after adding items to my basket, I cannot get my usual priority delivery without canceling the Christmas slot. Also, I am confused about being charged for delivery when I have a priority slot that used to be free. Now, unless I spend £[redacted], delivery charges apply. I am frustrated and just need to speak with a human being. Please assist. I recently received another letter from the government advising me to stay indoors due to being a vulnerable person. Despite Asda being great overall, the non-existent customer service is disappointing. Thank you for your help, I look forward to your response.

This morning in Leyton on Tyndall Road, I witnessed an incident involving your Asda grocery delivery driver. While walking with my daughter and dog, I observed the driver taking items from customers' baskets and concealing them in his trousers from a distance. As I approached, he continued this behavior, including taking cigarettes and candies. This unethical action reflects poorly on Asda's reputation, and as a frequent online shopper, I am disappointed and will cease using your services. This incident compounds my frustration given my recent job loss due to the pandemic. The driver in question was an Asian man, and I have provided ample details for you to investigate further. I am inquiring about the assistance for shielding customers. I appreciated the free delivery support before. However, I am unable to shop in-store due to shielding. I am disappointed by the conflicting information provided to me by an advisor regarding a £3.48 charge for a payment card test. Despite being assured that the amount would not be deducted and that an e-voucher would be issued as compensation, this did not occur. Furthermore, after a frustrating 30-minute phone call where I was disconnected and then denied assistance by the same representative, I was unable to resolve the issue. I was then informed that there was no manager available to escalate my complaint. The unauthorized charge of £3.48 is unacceptable and raises concerns about ASDA's practices.

I recently received an email stating that my debit card payment for the delivery pass was declined, which was surprising as there were no issues with paying for groceries. My wife and I rely on grocery deliveries since we are both in our 80s. I confirmed with my bank that there are sufficient funds in the account. I attempted to call customer service, but the line appeared to be down. I tried to update my card details on the website but am unsure if it was successful. I appreciate the excellent service you have provided over the years. However, today there was an issue with my order. Last Wednesday, on 25th November, I placed my weekly order with the order number [redacted]3, which included 4 Innocent smoothies at prices of £1.50, £1.50, £2.00, and £2.00. Upon receiving my delivery today (order No. [redacted]5), I noticed that the smoothies were charged at £3.00 each. Your colleague has refunded me £5.00, for which I am grateful. My 21-year-old daughter recently visited your Straiton branch to purchase groceries and a bottle of white wine. She provided her ID when asked, but then the assistant at the self-serve checkout requested ID from my 13-year-old daughter, which puzzled me. Due to my younger daughter's age, the sale to my eldest daughter was denied. As a senior manager at Costco Wholesale with a personal alcohol license, I am familiar with alcohol sales regulations. I recently purchased a £22 clothes airer from an Asda store in Volindale, but unfortunately left it at the checkout yesterday morning around 8:15. The store was undergoing morning cleaning, and it seems the airer may have been misplaced by the cleaning staff or checkout member. I was preoccupied with a call from my oncologist as I am battling terminal liver cancer. Due to my health condition, I urgently need the clothes airer as I am frequently sick and need to constantly wash my clothes, which are now remaining damp. Subject: Issue with White Pre-Lit Christmas Tree On 18/11/20, I purchased a white pre-lit Christmas tree from your store. Upon assembling the tree last weekend, I noticed that one of the bottom four feet is not straight, causing the tree to tip over and break some of my delicate decorations and glass baubles. This is concerning to me as I have young grandchildren and a dog in the house. While I appreciate the quality of the tree, its stability is disappointing. I ordered my shopping from Asda in Halbeath Dunfermline for collection. Unfortunately, more than half of my items were missing when my partner picked up the order. I have requested a refund, but it's been under review since Saturday afternoon. I am interested in exploring the possibility of arranging parking access for some of our employees in the Asda Car Park across from our office. The current parking situation around our office is limited, and other options require a lengthy walk. I am willing to discuss this matter further with the store manager at the Shirley Asda store. Our office is located in The Exchange building, directly across from the Asda car park and next to the petrol station.

I have been searching for the PS4 game "Miles Morales Spider-Man". My brother informed me that the Asda store in Whitchurch, Bristol, had many copies in stock. I drove from Banwell to purchase one, but upon arrival, I found numerous empty cases displayed. Despite informing a staff member, they mentioned that they didn't have the game in stock. I suggested removing the empty cases or putting up a notice about the item being out of stock, but they said the cases had to remain. This experience left me frustrated and considering leaving all my purchases and walking out. It's essential for stores to ensure that products displayed are actually available for purchase.
